I was inspired by an article on STEPHEN SPROUSE in the latest ID Magazine. Hence, I decided to do my own take on MARC JACOBS doing a LOUIS VUITTON tributes to SPROUSE.

Be-warned : this can be painful to the eyes where riots of FLUORO colours are being used.

One of my most satifying piece till date...& oh btw...do not go to LOUIS VUITTON boutiques looking for these clothes...they dun exist:)) However these prints are downloaded from SPROUSE website...almost in cases where i couldnt get the whole artwork.

I kinda like how this one turns out to be as I'd used a different lighting this time...more to custom layout..hence it turns out to be more photoreal:)

Another challenge is to render most things WHITE..took me a few hours of tweaking to achieve this lighting effect.

Hereby, toying with lighting & character poses. I'd shorten the long dress by 40% in length, cloth simulated onto the character with windforce application from lower right front facing side inclined at 30degrees, thus creating the dress flyaway effect. The dress was also re-textured with an oriental print(likewise for the handbag)...transparency set to 60%

Continuing with the WALLPAPER SERIES but this time with a little futuristic approach(LESS EXCESS)

With the current economic situation, there are a lot of takeaways from what had happened..elimination of GREED, EXCESS etc..this piece is like a brand new PAGE starting all over again but with a new approach frm the learning...less greed, less excess, less vulgarity...

From the fashion point, this piece is inspired by CALVIN KLEIN SS2009 collection..SIMPLY SIMPLICITY.

Face was tweaked and morphed to be as close as possible to the model SASHA. Clothing textures is re-defined and cloth simulated onto the character

Another fashion piece..this time, I'd used a dynamic dress from Miki & cloth-simulated onto V4. The dress texture was altered in VUE6 to create the transparency and netty effect. Windforce was applied on her right hand facing side to create the fly-away lacy shawl effect.

the inspiration comes from the illustration of this very young(23yo) & talented Artist/Illustrator/Thinker from California. His name being Danny Roberts.

As for my work, I'd subjected windforce with turbulence from the right hand facing side to create the fly-away effect of the dress, which was at the same time being, cloth simulated onto the model's pose. texture of her dress originates from the background illustration of Danny Roberts. Big Hair brunette, blue eyed model was deliberately used to match the illustation.
